OF CERTAIN PROPERTY D E S C R HEREIN FROM FLORENC3 A. RHINEMILLER, A WIDOW. The Board of Harbor Commissioners Commissioners of the City of Long Beach ordains as follows: ' Section 1. The General Manager hereby authorized to purchase, in the name of the City of Long Beach, and to enter into any necessary necessary escrow or other agreements in connection with the .purchase :hereof, the following described property, located in the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles, State of California, lor the .sum of ?10,750.00: Lot S in Block A of Tract-No. 6070, in the City of Long Beach. County of Los Angeles, State of California, California, as per map recorded in book 65 page 66 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder Recorder of said County, together with that portion of the east twenty-five feet of Sonoma Avenue Avenue as shown on the map of Tract No. 6070 in book 65 page 66 oC Maps that would pass by operation of law with a conveyance conveyance of said Lot S. EXCEPT all oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances in and under said land as excepted and reserved bv H. Title to said property shall be satisfactory to and approved bv the City Attorney, and shall be free and clear of all taxes, assessments, conditions, reservations, exceptions, restrictions, defects, liens and/or encumbrances, except such as are acceptable to the General Manager and the f o l l o w i n g of which now has r.oticu: (a) General and special County and City taxes, including" m i n i n g rights, for the year 1957-1958, a lien not yet payable; (b) Covenants, conditions and restrictions contained in the deed from Long Beach Land and Water Company, recorded recorded prior to February 15, 1950 in book 671 page 75 of Deeds. The Secretary shall certify to the passage of this ordinance ordinance by the Board of Harbor Commissioners of the City ot Long Beach, and cause the same to be published once in the official newspaper newspaper oC the City of Long Beach, and cause a certified copy of this irdinance to be forthwith filed with lie City Clerk of the City of Long Beach; and it shall take effect on he 31st day after its final passage.
