four S. that between incidents was Ford the, was of four truck Horse Saved from Burning Shed HILLSBORO firemen put out the last bit of fire in a shed on the property of Arthur H. 779 North West Street. Mary Oppy saved one of the family's two horses from the burning building. (Staff Photo) Fire broke out in a storage building at the rear of the Arthur H. Oppy residence, 779 North West Street, at 2:30 P. M., Tuesday and completely destroyed the building and its contents, according to Fire Chief Fred Bennett. Firemen were summoned at 2:34 P. M. and found the building completely engulfed in flames. The building was used to house two horses owned by the Oppy family, along with riding gear. One horse was in the shed when the fire broke out; however, 16-year-old Mary Oppy got the animal out with- out injury. The other horse was behind the shed in a field. The flames were quickly 'extinguished by several regular and volunteer firemen, who answered the call. Mary Oppy told Chief Bennett the fire was started by a small playing with matches. 2
