Payne Will Admitted to Probate Yesterday Four thousand dollars In real estate and $1,000 In personal property Is disposed of by the terms of the will of Harry M Payne nf Bloomington, admitted to probate yesterdey by Judge Jesse E Hoffman. The iHstrument provides that a bequest bequest of $'.'5 paid to Catherine Payne, wife of the testator from whom be had been separated and the sum of $100 to a son, Clarence Payne, and a like sum to a daughter, Ellin-beth Ellin-beth Ellin-beth l'ayne, children of Catherine Payne. The remainder if the estate Is to be divided, share and share alike, between two other children of the testator, Charles II. Payee and Lcola Payne. D. J. Hammon has been appointed appointed executor of the will under bond of $2,000.
