Jones, who was subject to fits, waa on board of the schooner Mary Bryan, Capt. Scott master, and ca'ptala Gibbs said be beard a noise and looked to ward the steerage or rudder, and saw him fall overboard, lowered bis small boat but was unable to render any assistance, as he, Jones, did not rise any more, and up to now his body has not been recovered.
