UNIONTOWN, Pa., March 19.—William Cossell, brother of the well-known Democratic politician; Isaac Coseell, of Everson, left this county for the West, 35 years ago. He settled in Livingstone county, Ilia., married, is worth $50,000 and is the father of eight children. Last July his wife died, and a few days ago the old widower, now in his (iOth year, came back to Fayette to visit the scenes of his childhood. On Monday of this week he met Mary McMannus, of Dunbar township, aged 39, and before' they parted they agreed to get married.; An agreement waa'drawn up whereby she should relinquish any claim to a third of his estate in confederation of a certain stipulated sum, his children to get the rest.
