Lashbaugh, C h a r l e s t o w n Street, Lonaconing, were hon- ored by 19 friends, with a sur- prise party in celebration of their 25th wedding anniver- sary. It was held at the James P. Love Post, 92, American Legion home. The couple was marric'd June 1946 in the Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Chalmers H. Goshorn officiating at the ceremony. Their attendants were Mrs. Novella Duncan, Frostburg, sister of the bride; and Harold L. Lashbaugh, Lonaconing, brother of the bridegroom. Mrs. Lashbaugh is the former Miss Eileen Scott, daughter of Mrs. Mary Scott. Front Street, Lonacon- ing and the late Alex Scott. Mr. Lashbaugh is the son of Mrs. Grace Lashbaugh, Frost Village, Frostburg, and the late John William Lashbaugh. They are the parents of three children, William A. Lashbaugh, Landover; Harold R. Lashbaugh and Sherry Lashbaugh at home. They have one granddaughter, Pam- ela. Mr. Lashbaugh is employed as a steward at the James P. Love Post home. She is em- ployed in Valley High School cafeteria. The couple repeated their vows, with Rev. Goshorn, and Mr. Lashbaugh gave his wife a new set or rings. Mrs. Scott presented the couple a vase of red roses. Mrs. Jeanne Spiker presided at the Kucst hook. Refresh!-: merits were served by Mrr, Edna Beeman,, Betty Moses. Mrs. Sandra Lease, Miss Sherry Moses, 'Charles Moses and James Riggleman. Both Mrs. Duncan and Har- old Lashbaugh were among the guests.
