i i · r · Wedding Vows Recited Wednesday in Drenthz Mrs. David Jay Blauwkamp Miss Cynthia Ann Meeuwen- berg became ttoe b r i d e of David Jay Blauwkamp Wednesday evening in Drenthe Christian Reformed Church. (Music for the occasion was provided by Mrs. J. Leenheer, organist, who also accompanied the soloist, Bruce Wiggers. The Rev. Arthur Verburg officiated at the 8 p.m. ceremony which united the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Meeuwen- berg, 3531 Perry, Hudsonville, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Blauwkamp, 8126 Adams, Zeeland. For her wedding the bride chose an ivory satin gown accented with lace appliques and, featuring an empire waist. A lace cap secured her chapel- length veil and she carried three long - stemmed yellow roses. Attending the bride as maid of honor was Miss Joan Meeu- wenberg who was attired in a lace over blue taffeta gown with an (Pohler photo) empire waist. She carried a long-stemmed rose. Similarly attired in green were the bridesmaids, Miss Phyllis Blauwkamp and Miss Mary Meeuwenberg and the flower girl, Miss Julie Meeuwenberg. Richard Blauwkamp attended the groom as best man while the ushers were Randy Hendrikse and Willard Post. The ringbearer was Jack Meeuwen- berg. Presiding as master and mistress of ceremonies at the reception in the church parlors were Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Blauwkamp Serving p u n were Miss Barb Coy and Nysse, while Mr. and Mrs. James Bronkhorst and Mr. Mrs. Wayne Brouwer arranged the gifts. Following a wedding trip to Kentucky, the newlywed couple will reside in Zeeland. The groom attends Davenport College of Business and is employed at H o l l a n Express. ,
