STEPHEN SLAUGHTER Miss Patricianne Baldridge, daughter of Mrs. R. H. Broth- eis, 1915 Muscatine avenue, and the late Dr. Clarence Bald* ridge, was married Tuesday to Lieut. Stephen Slaughter, of Col. and, Mrs. H. H. Slaughter, Purcellvdie, Va., formerly ol Iowa City. The ceremony was performed In the Sacred Heart Cathedral at Dallas, Texas, with the Rev. W. J. McCoey officiating at the nuptial mass. Th-; couple was unattended. The bride wore a white wool ensemble with broxvn accessories and an orchid corsage. Following- the service, Mr. and Mrs. Slaughter left for a short wedding trip to San Antonio, Texas. University Graduates Mrs, Slaughter was graduated from City High school and the State University of Iowa, where She was affiliated with Delta Delta Delta social sorority; Mortar Board, honorary society for women, and Zeta Phi Eta, honorary speech fraternity. She has been enrolled for graduate study at Columbia Â·university, New York, and doing rehabilitation work \vith the Veterans' administration there. Lieutenant Slaughter, who haa just returned from service in Germany, attended the State University of Iowa where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity.
