And on the 1st Monday, of November. 1858. 1 will sell at public sale to tb) highest bidder upon a credit of one, two, and thiee years, the purchaser giving bond and' good and approved security, and a lien retained oa tbe land to secure the payment of the purchase money thereof, a Tract of Land in the county of Franklin, Tenn., on Elk river, and about ona hundred and fitly yards at the near est point from the Bridge of the Nashville and Chatta nooga Railroad, at Alisouia, containing, by suivey, 257 acres, be tbe same more or less. Thia is tbe same Tract of which William Duncan died seized and possessed, and it U remarkable forits beauty, ferlDity and health, and its charming and never-failing Spring of fiee stone water. The tenets can be so made and arranged as to furnish water ior stock in every neld ol the Tract.
