Daugh-tery Daugh-tery Daugh-tery against R-J. R-J. R-J. Paughtery; W. F. Henderson against Mamie Henderson; Henderson; J. R. Gheen against Mamie Gheen; Jfula Minton against Arch Minton; John Mallonee against Rebecca Rebecca Mallonee; John H. Walker against Anna Walker and Ella Wells against Alonzo Wells. The last eight are divorce cases. It Is expected that some action will be taken this afternoon on the application application for a writ of habeas corpus.
