Cite Operators On Contempt Charge Cited for alleged violation of a preliminary injunction ordered by Scranton court in November, Joseph Forge, Michael Angelo and Nicholas Nicholas Degilio, operators of DeForan Coal Company, were directed to show cause why they should not be held in contempt of court. The coal company is charged with having violated an injunction obtained by Mr. and Mrs. Harold Lockett, Moosic, restraining them from mining within 150 feet of the Lockett property. The Locketts told court an investigation by Ben Watrous, Scranton mining engineer, disclosed the operators are violating the restraining order.
