Nathaniel Owens Estate
ex-treas- Onrt Matters. The will of the late Nathaniel Owens has been probated. It leaves $1 each to several of his children in addition to what they have already received. To John Q. Owens, Hannah, wife of John Miller, Morgan A. Owens, Sarah P. wife of Noah Hunt, James F. Owens and Mary A. Owens, wife son Ste phen, it leaves $1 each until the death of his wife, Lavina Owens, to whom his whole estate is left to be disposed of by her. It requests that his wife settle the estate and that no bond whatever be required of her. 'Squire E. H. Kinney tiles suit by his attorney John C. Orr, against the West em Uuion Telegraph Company for $200 damages. 'Squire Kiuneyhad ten car loads of hoop pole on the track at nillsdale. A proposition made by him to some dealers iu Albion was accepted by them, but owing to the Company's failing to deliver the message, which was re-sent re-sent re-sent from this city to Hillsdale where the 'Squire had gone, he was compelled to sell them to other parties at a loss of $1 on the thousand, his loss thus being $150 beside i his fare and time.
