Richardson of the First City Court rendered the following decision decision in the esse of Jules C. Koenlg vs. John McGulre t Co. et als.: "This suit is brought by plaintiff against John Mctiuire &. Co. as the original original purchasers, and against Dennis Casey bv virtue of aa act of assumption before J. D. Klernan, notary. The facts of the case are: John McGulre A Co. sold their establishment or place of business to Iwnnis Casey, and in order to protect their creditors they appeared before the aforesaid notary and by public act effected effected the sale and stipulated therein as a part of the purchase price the payment by Dennis Cssey, the purchaser, of certain certain debts, which said Casey agreed to. Among tnote debts is mentioned Jules Koenig A Co.
