Debby Mebruer weds Kempker Miss Debby Mebruer and Leonard F. Kempker were married Saturday in an 11 a.m. double ring ceremony at Sacred Heart Church, Rich Fountain. The Rev. They wore blue floral print crepe halter style gowns with matching ruffled capes. Junior bridesmaid was Miss Nancy Mebruer, Linn, sister of the bride. Flower girl was Rita Frank, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Felix Frank, Linn. Randy Kempker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Kempker, Henley, was the ring bearer.
