Probably is members Fuller Held In Pontiac On Manslaughter Charge Orlando Fuller, MS North Dennis avenue, Is being held for action of the October grand Jury of Livingston county on a charge of manslaughter, as a result of participation In an automobile crash near Pontiac Sunday, .reports from Pontiac Tuesday said. Mr. Fuller and his son, Lycos, were both seriously hurt In the collision. The driver received a broken hand and a wrenched back and his son received a fracture of the upper arm and u broken hip. Both are confined m the Pontiac hospital. The manslaughter charge was placed against Puller on recommendation of the coroner's Jury which Investigated the accident which resulted In In; death of Thomas McElllgott of Chicago. Puller Is recuperating satisfactorily in the hospital but la being held under bond ot 49,000. The report from Pontiac said Puller had been driving In an erratic manner oa the hard road shortly before the accident, according to witnesses; McElllgott was hilled -when hla parked at the side of the road the owner was changing a tb struck by Puller's machine. The EiHgott car was knoc' d across road and the Fuller car leaped a nearby field and was overturned, Text of the coroner's verdict that McElllgott was killed "by struck by Â» Ford auto driven L, Fuller under circumstances we believe to have been unlawful."
