It is with pride that the members of this partnership, Russell Parker, Herb Smith and Ruby Muller, review the many substantial real estate transactions that they have consummated during that ten years. The firm has been very active in the developing of the subdivisions known as Vista Homes and Laurel Heights. Adherence to Realtors' Code Or Ethics It is to the credit of the Parker & Smith organizations that in their ten years of operation they have conducted their real estate activities in keeping with the established realtors' code of ethics of the National Association of Heal Estate Boards. To quote the preamble of this code exemplifies the ethics that have been maintained in every real estate transaction that has been consummated by Parker St Smith in that decade. The code brings in the agreed adherence to the principles of the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as ye would they should do unto you." The Parker & Smith partnership was founded in 1944. It is composed of Russell Parker, Herb Smith and Ruby Muller, sister of Russell Parker. Offices are at 123 West First street in Albany. Augmenting the service activities are four real estate salesmen, including Justin Ransom, associated with the firm since its establishment in 1944; Donald Yancey, identified with the firm since 1946; Ray Archer, with Parker it Smith since 1948, and Donald Parker, son of Rus sell Parker, working for about a year.
