Ed Linne Funeral Held Friday Funeral services for Ed E. Linne, 77, retired Guadalupe County farmer, were conducted at 4 p.m. Friday in Goetz Memorial Chapel. He died at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Guadalupe Valley Hospital. Decedent was born March 9th, 1885, in the New Berlin community, the son of J. E. Linne and hip wife, nee Annie koettler, very early, pioneer, prominent and well known families of Guadalupe County. On October 10th, 1906 he was married to MissHulda Schraub and the couple made their home on a farm near New Berlin until they moved to Seguin on E. Koepp St. 10 years ago. Of a happy,, jovial and friendly disposition, deceased deceased numbered his friends friends by all who knew him. The Rev. H. L.Anderson officiated. Burial was in San Geronimo Cemetery.. He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Lula Mae Goetz, Seguin, a brother, Aired Linne, La Vernia; four sisters, Mrs. Augusta Prince, Robstown, Robstown, Mrs. Harry Rahe, San Antonio; Mrs. Agnes Winkleman Linne, Seguin and Mrs. Mollie Rose, California; four grandchildren grandchildren and 15 great grand children. Pallbearers were Oscar Linne, Leslie Linne, Alfred Alfred Linne, Harry Schraub, Theodore Schraub and Billy Schraub.
