T RESIDENT. DIED YESTERDAY Death claimed a well known resident of Dupont late yesteday afternoon, when William H. Jumper, aged 68 years, of 176 Lidy street, passed away at the family home, following a short illness of complications of ailments. Deceased Deceased commanded the respect of all his acquaintances. Mr. Jumper had been employed as a stableman at Heidelberg colliery, Lehigh Lehigh Valley Coal Company, for many years. He was a member of the Moos'.c Pentecostal Tabernacle. He was also a member of Slocum Council, No. 271, Jr. O. U. A. M, this city The survivors are Ills wife, Carrie, and the following children: Mrs. Edward Edward Powell and Mrs. Walter Lamed, of Thornhurst; Ruth, Edna, Edward, George, Robert and Edith, of Dupont. A sister, Mrs. Charles Segear, of Hudson, Hudson, and four brothers, Charles, of Wyoming; Fred and Edward, of Plains, and John, of Dupant, also survive. The funeral will be hew Saturday afternoon afternoon at 2 o'clock. Services will be conduced at the family home by Uev. John Jenkins. Interment will be mads In LangcUffe Cemetery, Avoca.
