5 TAXPAYERS PROTEST 1952 SCHQOLCOSTS But Board Adopts New Budget. Five taxpayers Tuesday protested the 1652 Des Moines school budget of $9,113,030 as "excessivemand including "many unnecessary unnecessary expenditures."
