A'K'- . tl flr?i:iS 1 1 Eve i. i Snow swirled through Cincinnati Wednesday night as Enquirer photographer Tom Hubbard captured thus shot of downtown through a 28 millimeter lens with small hand tripod braced against 'vail on Sixth Street beneath the marciue? of International 70 theater. The one-second exposure at opening F16 was at 6:30 n. m. Light spots in photo were believed caused by snowflakes on lens. Whit streaks at bottom are from caf light beams.
