Parker and SI. born Mrs. 108 Cases Docketed One hundred eight cases are docketed/for the regular December December term of the Phelps county circuit court which will convene at Rolla next Monday, Decembei 9. The session is expected to last two weeks. Of the twenty-one cases on. the criminal docket two are for murder and one for manslaughter. Of the murder cases one is the against Fred Cusick, brought here on a change of venue from Pulaski county, and the other State against Fugene Duncan, of whom are charged with murdering their wives.
