Dewey Peebles Death and burial
DEWEY PEEBLES, D!S IN JOHNSTON CITY Dewey M. Peebles, 68, of PiUourg, died at 1 a.m. Saturday Saturday at the home of his brother-in-law, brother-in-law, brother-in-law, brother-in-law, brother-in-law, Fred Sims, 508 W. 5th St., Johnston City. He had been ill about eight weeks. Mr. Peebles was born east of Pittsburg April 1, 1899, the son of George B. and Louisa Davis Peebles. He married Myrtle Sims April 24, 1920, in Williamson Williamson County. He was a retired coal miner, last working at Orient 2. He was a member of the United Mine Workers of America, Local 1265 and the Free Will Baptist Church, Pittsburg. He leaves his wife; sons, Eu gene of Edwardsville and Lorini of Marion; a sister, Mrs. Paul Sanders of Pittsburg; and seven seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Murman and Wilson Funeral Home, Johnston City. The Rev. Kenneth Kenneth Bissey will officiate. Burial Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Cemetery, Johnston City. Friends may call at the funeral home.
