A native of Huntingdon, he was born Sept. 19. idis, to Warren and Margaret (Shields Allenbaugh) Corbin. He married June Wilt on April 28, 1962, in Winchester,,Va. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Carol Eibhelberger of Huntingdon; and ' four grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother, Ken Gorbln of Columbus, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Helen States of Huntingdon; a step - brother, Homer Allenbaugh of Belief on te; and two step-sisters, Mrs. Hazel Sponeybarger of Huntingdon and Mrs. Edgar Ross of Alexandria. Mr. Corbin was a member of the Garden Heights United Methodist Church, Altoona. He 'belonged to Frank P. ' Hommon American Legion Post No. 24 Huntingdon, and was secretary-treasurer of the Altoona Traffic Club, of which he was an honorary lifetime member! He had been employed by James Industries of Hollidaysburg, retiring in 1976 after 15 years of service. Funeral services 'will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, from the Gilden Barton Funeral. Home, 1331 Eighth Ave., Altoona. The Rev. Malvin F. Warntz will officiate and interment will be made 'in. the Carson Valley Cemetery, Duncansville. Friends may call at the funeral home from : 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
