Bolin, Blair, retail beer, on and off sale: 30 days. Rose Nazeck, Omaha, retail Class C liquor: 7 days. To be heard Oct, 17 are the following, including commission charges: Helen Poe, Omaha, Class C liquor: permitting gambling in premises Ralph Timm. Plattsmouth. Class C liquor; maintaining premises in unsanitary unsanitary condition ngt condticive to public health and welfare Glenda Sikyta. Auburn; permitting premi.ses to he conducted in a manner as to create public censure and become a nui.sance.
