JUDGE RELEASES KANSAN I HELD ON MURDER CHARGE Kansas City, Mo., March 20. Daniel O'Donnel. one of the three men ac- ac- cused of murdering Rolla Harvey at Bonner Springs the night of Decem- Decem- ber 19 m3 was today ordered re- re- leased by Jlldge Don C. McCombs in Kansas City, Kan. Judge McCombs declded that the evidence introduced at Q'Donnel's preliminary ten days ago did not warrant holding him. O'Donnel and Isaac Milstead were deputized by W. G. Easling, marshal of Bonner Springs, to help arrest Rolla Harvey, who was suspected of being a bootlegger. Harvey was killed In sev-j battle with the officers at his home and the marshal and his two deputies were accused of murder. Easling has since died. Milstead is out on $2,500 bond for trial.
