STACK LEE RELEASED- RELEASED- Negro Accused of Murder Is It Out on Dona. trlr Te. or Lee Shelton, the negro ,,, w and killed William Lyons, col ored in Curtis' saloon at Eleventh and Morgan treets last Christmas night, was released Monday morning from the City Jail on bond, notwithstanding that he was held for murder in th- th- first degree, a felony t .wii- .wii- ,kAPA 1 no bond. Deputy Sheriff Bocock took the Prisoner out of Jail and accompanied him about town until a bondman was found. Shelton had a trial but week but the Jury could not agree on a verdict and the case will have to be tried again. Clair
