3 Texans Killed in Mexico 1 Plane Crash MONTERREY. Mexico (UP)— A light plane crash killed three Texans and critically injured a fourth Tuesday about 50 miles north of here. Killed were Goodwin Simpson and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gersh- j boon, all of Colorado City, Tex. Simpson's wife was reported in critical condition in Civil Hospital at University City. The four-seat Tri-pacer, piloted by Simpson, crashed shortly after taking off from the Monterrey airport. Another plane with two other Colorado City couples, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Lawles and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Deregibus, was flying with the Simpson plane and landed after seeing the crash. The passengers stayed with Mrs. Simpson "until she" was re- moved by the Red Cross. They then continued on toward Laredo.
