MONTICELLO John W. Corley of Bloomington will become president of the First State Bank of Monticello on Oct. 15. F.A. Anderson will become chairman of the board of the bank and will retire as chief executive officer Feb. 1. Anderson, a 31-year 31-year 31-year employee of the bank, has been president for 10 years. Corley has 15 years' experience in banking, most recently as senior senior vice president in charge of the trust department at the National Bank of Bloomington. He received bachelor's and master's degrees in banking and John Corley finance from the University of Illinois, and taught finance finance courses at the University of Illinois and Parkland College. His father, Earle Corley, is president of the Union National National Bank in Marseilles.
