» --------North --------North Front Street Boy Hurt in Car Mishap Raymond Van Nostrand, 8 , of 69 North Front street, was taken to Kingston Hospital by a W. N. Conner, Conner, Inc., ambulance about 5:45 p. m. Friday after he was knocked to the pavement by an automobile on Washington avenue near North Front street, the police reported. At the hospital this morning, the boy’s condition was reported as “apparently good.” He was scheduled for an X-ray examination examination to determine the exact nature of his injuries. Police said the only noticeable injury was a bump on the head. Police reported the driver of the automobile was Elmer Ayers, 222 Greenkill avenue, who told them that young Van Nostrand ran into the left front fender of his automobile automobile as he was driving south on ^Washington avenue.
