BALLOONING. The Buffalo Ascends this Morning at Cleveland. Cleveland, O.. September I. The weather was bright and an immense crowd of spectators witnes.-ed witnes.-ed witnes.-ed the departure. Professor Kink was accompanied by Luther L. Holden, ofjijston; Dudley A. Cozad, of Cleveland; and representatives of the Cleaveland daily Ih ral'i, Leader and Plaindneler. The balloon went off in a northwesterly northwesterly cdirection, traveling very slowly. After being up half an hour It reached a southwesterly current, changed the course, and when last seen was rtraveling; over the lake in a northeasterly direction. New York Frauds.
