Seven Arkansas Negros entered Weaver's Amoco service station and adjoining cafe on Highway 82. They entered the white's only cafe, and were arrested near Mayhew Junction in Lowndes county for trespassing under Mississippi's sit-in law because they entered the white's only restroom - the station had no restroom for blacks.
