LNT MEMOKIAM. To the W. '. M.\ and officers and members of Hope Lodge No. M5, TP. & A. M. : Into the midst of our circle the messenger of Death has sped its arrow and stricken down our good and faithful brother, J. J. Capfeby. Brother Caffery was a charter member, and also life member, of Hope Lodge, and exemplified in an eminent degree his steadfast, constant and faithful Adherence to the "principles and teachings" of our noble and tivne-honoTed institution. In all the relations of life, as parent, husband and friend, he was always kind, amiable and considerate, arid in bis daily walk in life en deavored to demonstrate . the correctness of the standard of virtue, truth and rec titude. : Whilst our sincere and heartfelt sym- nathies are with those beloved ones "left behind," we are confident that he has only entered upon a realization of an "upper and . better nte, wnere sorrow, afflictions' and bereavements are not known, but one of the full enjoyment of peace, joy and love lorever-r-"tne eterm ty of the blessed.," Resolved. That the Lodare be draped it th.e usual mourning for sixty days, and a copy of these resolutions be spread upon the minutes, and also sent to fam ily or deceased, .-.t F. 8. Mcdd, D. A..
