THE EIGHTH DIVISIOX. Sosae Extra, Fine Displays Made By eTaaota. The Eighth Division was a fine display. It was after four o'clock when it started. Patrol No. 7 headed tbe division, officered by Joe Matthews, driver: William Brockman, Joe Lempert, Joe Donohne and James Bon field The wagon was decorated with bunting, and had a picture of Washington on each side. Next came tbe Marshal and his stafi. Major- General Henry J. Kreis was in command He was astride a dark bay horse. Richard E. Zuetler. Chief of Staff, rode a sorrel; Chris tian Fritx. Adjutant, a black: Albert Bet- tin ger. Advocate-General, a bay; George D. Scbatzman. Surgeon-General, a dark gray Christ F. Stager. Chief of Artillery, a white G. H. Rover. Quartermaster-General, a dark bay: Charles Draste. a bay; John D. Schiff. a gray; George Peterman. a. bay: Thomas Coulter a bay; Walter McLaughlin, a bay George Scott, a black pony, and J. J. Clark
