Blair, Taylor County pioneer and longtime longtime Caps resident, was to be at 3 p.m. Monday in Kiker-Warren Kiker-Warren Chapel. Woody Holden of Fort Worth Frank Pack of Abilene were to officiate. Burial was to be in Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Blair, a native of Pilot Point, Tex., died Sunday in Hendrick Hendrick Memorial Hospital. She had been seriously ill for 10 days. She moved to the county when she was a small girl and had lived in Caps for 40 years. Born Vonia Crutchfield, she was married married March 19, 1890 in Collahan County. Mr. Blair died in 1938. She was a lifelong member ol the Church of Christ. Survivors include three sons, H. and J. H., both of Abilene, A. N. of Corpus Christi; a daughter, daughter, Mrs. E. A. Farquhar of two sisters, Mrs. Leola Bradford Baytown and Mrs. Nina Jones Snyder; and two brothers, E. C. Crutchfield of Abilene and William Crutchfield of Shela, Wash. Pallbearers were to be Joe Cumby, Joe Hall, Milton McMinn, Bowie, James Black and R. B Farris.
