SIX MORE ACCUSED IN HARLAN KILLINGS Total of 28 Persons Charged With Murder HARLAN, Ky., May 23 (UP).-The (UP).-The Harlan county grand jury returned six additional murder Indictments Indictments in connection with the recent Evarts coal mine outbreaks, making- a total of 28 persons indicted indicted on the same charge. The jury continued to sift the outbreaks, and indications were Â·till more names -would be added. The six names in the indictments returned today were, Ed Atkins, Tom Hocks, Frank Smith, Marion Henrtey, Ocar Chamblee and Pleas Thomas, all miners. The evidence on which the indictments were returned was given by mine guards.
