ROTC Cadets At Tech Get Commissions Eleven Louisiana Tech AF ROTC cadets, after having successfully completed four years of college and cadet training, were commissioned commissioned immediately following the graduation program at 10 a.m. Monday. Cadets becoming second lieutenants lieutenants were Cadet Col. James W. Sartor, Jr., Vivian; Cadet Lt. Cols. Thomas L. Dubell, Ferriday; John W. Edwards, Ruston; Gary L. Richardson, Richardson, Shreveport; Kerry E. Stokes, Shreveport; John W. Storment, Storment, Bastrop; Cadet Majors, Ronald Ronald W. Ellerbe, Crossett, Ark.; Harold H. McKinney, Jr., Winnfield; Winnfield; Edward J. Pohlman, III, Monroe; Milo E. Shearer. Jackson; and James B. Williams, Pineville. Cadet Col. James W. Cartor, Jr., and Cadet Major Milo E. Shearer were designated Distinguished AF ROTC graduate's, and, as a result of this honor and at their choosing, choosing, were awarded regular Air Force commissions. All of the newly commissioned officers will be entering on active duty in the U. S. Air Force within the next one to eight months. Nine will be in engineering or other technical fields and two will be in administrative fields.
