.Mrs. of and , the church. wedding \Vil-. stationed expert visited to the of HENSUEY Mrs. Catherine Hensley, 78 years age, widow of the late W.,S. died at the home of her son, Guy Hensley, 2130 High street, about o'clock Wednesday morning. Death was due to asphyxiation. The aged lady for the last two years, had made her home with son, Guy. Wednesday morning it appears she arose from her bed for the purpose of filling a water bottle with warm water. In -order to heat the water she had turned on the in a small heater in her room and after filling the bottle returned to bed. The members of the family, sitting on the front porch, detected the of gas and started an investigation. Opening the door to her bed room they found the woman dead. A physician was called but efforts at resuscitation resuscitation failed- It appeared that in an attempt shut off the gas in the heater the j pie became dislocated. j Deceased is survived by two sons, j Guy Hensley of this, city, and Oscar V. Hensley, of Cleveland, O. The funeral will be held this afternoon afternoon at 2 o'clock from the residence of her son. 2130 High street, conducted conducted by the Rev. Wirt Lowther, of Broadway M. E. church, assisted the Rev. B. W. Tyler'of the Calvary Presbyterian church. Interment will be made in Mt. Hope cemetery.
