It, lttt Henrietta Br/efi Ktys Presented At School Open Houst HENRIETTA - At the open house program at Firelends Junior High School Sunday afternoon a presentation of keys to the building was made by Scon Torosian. of the Beiswenger, Hoch, Arnold and Associates, architects. Acceptance was made by Willis Wasem, president of the board of education. Parents toured the building, visited classrooms, and met the teachers. The program included selections by the junior high band, junior high girls chorus, and the junior high mixed chorus. MEMORIAL SUNDAY Memorial S u nd a y will be observed at both Henrietta and St. John's United Church of Christ on Nov. 25. CHURCH CLASSICS The Rev. Wilbur Stell, Henrietta United Church of Christ and St. John's, South Amherst, is conducting church membership classes. There will be four classes, two at St. John's and two at Henrietta. All adults past high school ajjc are invited. New members will be taken in Dec. 10. PTA SALE On Nov. 30 Camden PTA will sponsor a bake and rummage sale from * a.m. to 9 p.m. it 5? South Main St., Oberlin The PTA plans to use the money toward the purchase of record players for the school. The unit received a superior award for goals and standards and a blue ribbon for its publicity book sent to the state convention. EVENTS SLATED At a meeting of thn Firelands Area Ministerium at the home of the Rev. Wilbur Stcll, a schedule of future activities was announced. Tentative dates for the area Lenten services set include March 3. Henrietta United Church of Christ; March 10, Birmingham Methodist Church; March 17, Brownhelm EUB: March 24, Florence Congregational; March 31 Brownhelm Congregational Church; April 7, Henrietta Methodist; with Good Friday Commmunity services set April 12 at 8 p.m. in Henrietta United Church of Christ with all churches of the Firelands District participating.
