Frank Sigourney first entered the militia as pay clerk District of Columbia naval battalion March 21 IDOL He served in this capacity until February la 1904 when he was Commissioned Commissioned an ensign in which rank he served until the disbandment disbandment of the organization organization January 24 1906 He again enlisted March 20 1913 as a seaman apprentice Was appointed chief yeoman the fol lowing day and co m missioned an ensign May 8 1913 He Lieut Frank Sisonrney served as aid to Commander Dempffrom that time until April 8 191f when he was commissioned a Junior lieutenant lieutenant He was placed in command of the third division of the organization February 5 1914 and since that time has brought the strength of his command up to 61 men the largest division in the naval militia Lieut Sigourney is assigned assigned to permanent duty at militia headquarters headquarters wUHWugiaisESSE
