BwixDOK. The election was the first for the newly - constituted borough. There were 70 candidates for 86 seats. The result waa that 19 Liberals and 17 Conservatives Conservatives ware returned. Should they uphold the barrister's decision, the main point intended to be raised by Mr. T.
