Williams In a service at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Bessemer, at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 3, Miss Elaine Ernst, Lincoln, Neb., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Ernst, Schuyler, Neb., was united in marriage to James H. Williams, son of Herman Herman Williams. Bessemer. The Rev. Raymond Valeric officiated. officiated. The bride's floor length, Aline Aline gown was fashioned of peau de sole and lace. The lace bodice had a scooped neckline, Empire waistline and long sleeves, pointed at the wrists. The chapel train had an insert of wide lace on the sides and near the hemline. A white pill box highlighted with pearls held her shoulder length veil of illusion. illusion. White carnations and aqua roses formed the bridal bouquet. Mrs. Ed Hocking, sister of the bridegroom, was matron of honor honor and Doris Ann Mattila was flower girl. Mrs. Hocking wore an aqua floor length gown of lace over satin with back panel to the floor. The flower girl wore a white floor length frock with Empire waistline and bow in back with streamers extending extending to the hemline. Ed Hocking served Mr. Williams Williams as best man. Mr. and the new Mrs. Williams Williams were honored at a reception reception at the Veterans of Foreign Wars clubrooms, Bessemer, from 6 to 9 p.m. The bride, a graduate of Schuyler High School and Lincoln Lincoln School of Commerce, was employed at First National Bank, Lincoln, prior to her marriage. marriage.
