A pretty wedding in the parlors of Mrs. Swift Darncal's residence at 3 o'clock this afternoon, was that of Miss Carrie B. Miller and Mr. Robert C. Venable, of Gadsden. Ala. Tbe ceremony was per formed by Bev. G. Ii. Bout, pastor ot the Presbyterian church. Only the bride's intimate friends wexo present be sides her aister. Miss Florence Barlow, ot MiddV-eborough, MiddV-eborough, MiddV-eborough, and the gloom's brother, Mr. Venable. ot Virginia. The bride wore a handsome traveling dress of tan-colored tan-colored tan-colored cloth, bonnet and cloves to match, and carried a bouquet of violets and lilies of tbe valley, air. and Mrs. Venable left at 3 :30 via tho Louisville Louisville Southern for Louisville, wire they will spend a few days before going to the nwom's bonis at Gadsilen.
