Saturday, June 6. was bound over to appear before the grand Jury by Judge Lueders yesterday. His bond was fixed at aS.Ouu. Frederick Gansel was an Insurance agent. nd the trouble between Wacker and him self was caused by a difference of 50 cents due on an account made by the wife of the man who waa killed. hlle Gansel wa. standing In the store of Becker on the evening of the killing. alter navtng a heated argument upstairs over the store with Wacker. the latter en terea tne store and the argument was re sumed. It Is alleged that Gansel. who waa a large and powerful man. struck Wacker In the face with his fist, Wacker 1. a .mall man. This package he pulled from his pocket and commenced to striae Gansel about the head and stomach wun tne pointed end. of the shears. He plunged them Into the groin of Gansel. which caused the death of the Insurance man within a short time after.
