L. tj- to to the to Ohio Violators May Lose Permits COLUMBUS, (AP)-The state liquor department served notice to- ay—by refusing to renew a permit —that its midnight liquor curfew would be enforced rigidly. Patrick Radican, head of the permit permit division, said renewal had been efused for the night club permit of he Lanata Spaghetti House, 911 ^arsons ave., Columbus, on grounds hat drinks were sold and consumed here after midnight on March 8 and 9. The $l,000-permit, issued in the name of Antonio Lanata, expires at midnight tonight and Radican said no intoxicants could be served legal- y after that hour. Radican said Lanata could appeal he action to the state board of liquor control. x
