for years removing PUBLIC SALE OP VALUABLE REAL ESTATE By virtue of an drder of the Orphans' Orphans' Court of Bedford County, Pa., the undersigned surviving executor of Philip Hoover, late of Napier Township, Bedford County, Pa., deceased, deceased, will offer at public sale on the premises two and one-half miles west of Schellsburg Borough on MONDAY, DECEMBER 23, 1912, at one o'clock p. m., of said day, Philip Hoover mansion farm, in Napier Napier Township, Bedford County Pa adjoining lands of D. Rush Clark Levl Shaffer, D. E. Bowser, Mrs. S. T. Taylor and others, containing One Hundred and Forty-Three Acres, more or less, about 100 acres cleared and fenced and the balance in timber, timber, having a frame dwelling,, a very large frame bank barn and outbuildings outbuildings thereon erected. This is a first- class farm in a good community is han^y to schools and churches.
