Miss Bidegaray Is Betrothed To S. I. Mathiesen The betrothal of Miss MichaeTa. Rita Bidegaray and 'Seymour I. Mathiesen was announced Friday when the bride-elect and sisters. Misses Juanita and vice!Agnes Bidegaray, received at a tea of the Hotel Fresno. A popular member of the younger ;ocial set. Miss Bidesaiay is tho daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. Bidt- Ejarav of University- Avenue. Sh« attended the Selma Hich School for hree years and was graduated rom the Fresno Hieh School. Shfl also is a. graduate of the Fresno State College where she was prominent prominent in campus activities. She is a- member of the Omega Xi Omicron Sorority, the Athejieum Club and was secretary of the state college student body and former president of the Associated Women Students. Mathiesen has been prominent in athletics, both at the Fresno High School and the Fresno State College College from where he was graduated. He was captain of the basketball Learn and was a member of the varsity varsity football squad. He is a member member of the Alpha Fraternity at the colleee and also is affiliated with the Gamma Eta Kappa Fraternity and the Bronx Club. He is a former former editor of The Campus at the college. He is now teaching at the Sierra Union High School at Au- herry- He is the son of Mr. and Mrs." Matt Mathiesen.
