O'NEIL, News Editor Residence Phone 296-J OFFICE U you Co not after Deadline for display ads Is deadline U S Gets Second Flowing Well CLEAR LAKE--Art Butts struck the second flowing well within a month at the Schow brothers 422 acre farm south of recently. It is on the saaie section and approximately a mile the one obtained by Mr. Butts Jan. 31. The water began to flow Tuesday but the storm came up hindered (he work so that Mr. Butts did not go out again Thursday when he capped it three feet above ground. The well 90 feet, 9 inches deep while the first one was 70 feet deep. How of water was obtained at each. A side pipe was attached cap to carry the water away from the vicinity of the well and eventually reach a creek some distance away. A flowing well is quite a novelty in this vicinity and two farm is even more so. In the picture, from left to right, are Fred Schow, Mr. Butts Clyde Snoop, Sir. Butts' helper.
