Provo Women Meet In S; L. An unusually fine afternoon was enjoyed by the Missionary society members of Provo Com munity church, who motored to Salt Lake City, Tuesday, to the home of Mrs. C. L. Jones. Assisted by Mrs. R. E. Knapp Mrs. Jones tendered a delicious luncheon, and former members served, as follows: Mrs. Jesse Ertel, Mrs. C. Reinsch, Mrs Charles Chamberlain, Mrs. Jo- septhine Thomas and Mrs. W. E Fleetwood, all of Salt Lake City Those present from Provo were Mrs. W. Hi Berry, Mrs. Raymond Berry, Mrs. George Larsen, Mrs W. E. Sears, Mrs. R. C. Street Mrs. Ira Cowan, Mrs. Frank Tay lorj Mrs. D. B. McBride, Mrs. Robert Robert Bee, Mrs. E. F. Irwin, Mrs Russell McMillen, Mrs. Anna Bor naman, Mrs. M. P. Pope, Mrs Agnes Whitecotton, Mrs. C. R Murchison, Mrs. Howard Olsen and Mrs. Barbara Dawson. Mrs J. Davis and Mrs. F. R. Uoodwin of Salt Lake, were also present. Mrs. Murchison led in devotions and Mrs. Kiiupp gave a well prepared paper on "The Effects of War on "American Missions in China and Japan." Plans were made for the Chrysanthemum Chrysanthemum tea to be given at Uie cuurcn, Movemoer 8.
