A. t8, Charges of driving while under under the influence of intoxicants and failing to obey a police order order to take a breathalizer test were dismissed by the city in County Court Friday against Elaine B. Manor, 48, of 825 Knight St., for lack of sufficient evidence. Manor forfeited $107 for hit and run Aug. 24 when his car struck a utility pole. Roy Da hi, 47, Menomonie, was found guilty on his nolo contendere plea to a charge of running a stop sign in the city Oct. 12. He was fined $5 and costs. Timothy L. Bearson,- 18, of 2609 Keith St., pleaded innocent to a charge of speeding in the city Oct. 9. A trial is set for Dec. 20. Luann M. Perry, 19, of 1222 Briggs Ave., and David K. Sanders, Sanders, 18, of 2304 Henry Ave., each forfeited $77 for speeding Sept. 20. The city amended the original charge of racing. The following forfeited fines for speeding in the county or city: Lyle M. Rommundslad, 26, Rt. 6, $150; and Stanley F. Schalko, 34, Rt. 1, Dale L. Brown, 25, of 930 Menomonie St., and Darrell L.
