Bom in Denmark in 1872, was the daughter of Mr. and Jens Skriver. Silts was a resident of Johnson county for a time before her marriage in 1833 to Kristian Petersen Tofting. The couple were residents Â«f Iowa City a few years before establishing residence on a farm Pleasant Valley township. Retir. ing In' 1944, they moved back the city, where Mr. Tofting April 10, 1W5, Surviving Mrs. Toftlng are three daughters, Mrs. Wiggo Jensen, Route 6, Mrs. Otis Conklin, fowa City, and Mrs. Dana Route 2; one son. George Nlsswa, Minn.; two brothers. Skriver, Downey, Andrew Skriv. er, of Denmark; nine grandchildren grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. great-grandchildren. Two sisters and four brothers also preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held 2 p. m. Monday at the Funeral chapel, with burial in CoraMUe cemetery.
